Description

Enjoy the warm, ocean air breezes and great views from Nantucket Sound on your oversized deck! Only a .2 mile walk to Thatcher Beach.

On the lower level of the home, you have two bedrooms and a full bathroom (shower only, no tub). Mini split ac's located in each bedroom and hallway. One bedroom offers a Queen bed, and the other has two twins.

The upper level offers ocean views, seen from both the upstairs bedroom with mini split ac(Queen bed) and living room. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, with wrap around peninsula for additional sitting. The kitchen, dining and family room have an open-concept, allowing family to entertain and spend quality time together. There is an additional mini split air conditioning unit in the living room.

Other amenities include enclosed outdoor shower, dishwasher, washer/dryer and wifi.

If you rent kayaks, there is an easy access point to put in on Parkers River, just 2 minutes away from the home.

Home is walking distance (0.5 miles or less) to Parker’s River Beach, Seaview Beach, Thatcher Beach and The Skipper Restaurant and Chowder House.

*For larger groups, you can rent the home next door, 222 Pawkannawkut Dr. This would sleep a total of 16!
