"South Village Beach Rental"

We have been vacationing in the area for several years now and have found the beach to be ideal for sunning and swimming. The proximity to so many establishments makes it very convenient. Less the unfortunate rainy days it was a perfect stay.

"if you love the beach this deserves a look!"

We had been here a few years ago for a couple of years in a row with a total of 8 people including children and always enjoyed the house and the beach.This year it was just three of us with them coming for a visit for part of it. Again, this home had all the amenities we wanted and was situated close to both South Village Beach and West Dennis Beach. We love to walk so no beach pass was necessary. We did so many nature walks to see the osprey nests, fiddler crabs at the entrance to the beach and elsewhere, the various sounds of birds, both familiar from home and some new ones. Everything was close by driving such as grocery stores , great restaurants, Whats the Scoop for ice cream and homey miniature golf, and noticing the great sand sculptures at various spots in town. When coming to the Cape this is our choice.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at the house. A bit dated inside, and a musty smell in the beginning of our stay, paved the way for relatively fun stay. Definitely no frills (no dishwasher), but location cant be beat, close to beach, dining, etc.

We had a great vacation here! The house was only a couple years old and was very nice. Central air was the must have. My only issue was that the mattress’ were very uncomfortable and felt old and the furniture upstairs and downstairs was heavily stained and looked gross.
