Charming cottage with bonus family room only 2/10 miles to shared association beach. Bright and airy living room and dining area. Large side deck with patio table, umbrella and chairs, picnic table and gas grill. Just added washer, dryer, and WiFi. Mini split ac units in the back room and dining room only.

"Kudos for rental cottage at 128 Captain Chase Rd., Dennisport"

Great vacation. The weather was 75F all week, just like Martha Murray ordered ! The house was a nice house, very clean, and a 2-minute bicycle ride from the ocean. The only advice I can offer is to leave a small screwdriver and a wrench for general repairs, and some extra lightbulbs.

"Comfortable Vacation Cottage"

This home has plenty of space to spread out and relax. We loved the round table in the corner with the windows and the family room in the back. The outdoor shower was a definite plus too. The deck on the side of the house has plenty of room for company, but might need some updated furniture and umbrella. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would rent again!

The house was spacious and the air conditioner was a plus to have during the hot week we had during our stay. The only recommendation is to have more hooks in the outside shower.

This was our third year renting through Martha Murray and it was fantastic. We love the easy check in/check out system. The house was just as expected as previous years. We look forward to this trip every year!!

An amazing time had by my family and I. The cottage was clean, convenient, and perfect for what we needed. The round table in the dining room was great for game nights after our days at the beach-located down the street! The deck was perfect for outdoor dining and the kitchen had all necessary items to prepare meals at home. The bedrooms were clean and the air conditioning was appreciated on the more humid evenings. The convenience of the washer dryer was an added bonus. Overall-an amazing find! We will definitely be back!

We have rented this house for a few years now and look forward to coming back each year. It is clean, bright, comfortable and close to the beach. When not at the beach we like sitting outside on the deck and playing in the yard. Great house and well cared for!

"Nice house, great location"

We enjoyed our stay very much! Unfortunately, the late-August weather we expected didn't arrive until our last full day there (and sorry for the added electricity, but we needed those AC's running!). The house was clean & well-stocked with essentials. We loved the back room, especially at night with all the windows open. The outdoor space w/ the patio & grill was also excellent. The kitchen more than met our needs. The location was perfect for walking to the beach or walking to friends at Heritage Sand or on Capt. Chase Rd. I suspect we'll be back next year! Thank you.

We are in our 20 year with renting with Martha Murray. We rent the same house until it's no longer available due to a sale. Uncle Rolf is our 3rd rental and we can't say enough great things about it. From the charming decor to the fabulous deck. We can't wait until next year!!
